pkr7 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "pkr7" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the legal entity operating the pkr7 online gaming platform at pkr7.club.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any natural person who has registered or is seeking to register an account on the pkr7 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the pkr7 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all games, services, and features offered thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held on the pkr7 platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Real Money Wager" refers to any bet or stake placed using actual PKR funds held in a player's account balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-withdrawable balance granted to a player under a specific promotional offer.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification documentation requested by pkr7.
• "Licence" refers to the internationally recognised gaming licence under which pkr7 operates and provides its services.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes amendments and re-enactments thereof.

To register and maintain an account on pkr7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement enforced by pkr7. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts closed, all winnings voided, and original deposit amounts returned subject to verification.
2. You are registering as an individual in your own name and for your personal, non-commercial use only. Registration on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
3. You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You have not previously had a pkr7 account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pkr7 or any of its affiliated game providers or software suppliers.
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. pkr7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, or source of funds documentation) at any time to verify your identity in accordance with our KYC obligations.

Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the pkr7 platform. If you discover that you have inadvertently opened more than one account, you must notify pkr7 immediately at [email protected]. Knowingly maintaining multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. pkr7 recommends selecting a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with any other person. pkr7 staff members will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately. pkr7 will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to a reported security breach.

pkr7 reserves the right to suspend access to any account pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or receipt of a dispute or chargeback notice from a payment provider.

You may request the closure of your pkr7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

pkr7 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. pkr7 does not accept deposits from credit cards, third-party e-wallets not listed above, or cryptocurrency.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account wallet section and may vary by payment method. pkr7 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This anti-money-laundering measure is non-negotiable. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe communicated in your account, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

Withdrawal Conditions: Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds must be converted to real-money balance by satisfying the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested. Any withdrawal request that includes unconverted bonus funds will be processed after deducting the bonus amount.

pkr7 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing pending resolution.

In the event of a technical error, system fault, or payment provider issue that results in an incorrect credit to your account, pkr7 reserves the right to reverse such credits regardless of whether they have been wagered. You agree not to wager funds that you have reasonable grounds to believe were credited in error.

pkr7 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

The following general conditions apply to all pkr7 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is expressly designated as a recurring or periodic offer.
• Bonuses are credited in bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• pkr7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any such change will be communicated via the promotions page or by direct notification to eligible players.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using bots or automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure.
• Promotions are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the offer terms and who are not in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

pkr7's decision on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final. If you believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied to your account, contact [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant transaction.

All wagers placed on the pkr7 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets — are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product. Game rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Sports Betting: Odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked at the confirmed price regardless of subsequent market movements. pkr7 reserves the right to void bets on markets affected by confirmed match-fixing, corruption investigations, or data feed errors.

Casino & Live Dealer: All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures. Published return-to-player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed outcomes in any single session. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within each game interface. pkr7 reserves the right to impose individual player stake limits in the interest of responsible gaming or fraud prevention.

In the event of a disputed outcome or technical malfunction during a game, pkr7 will investigate using available records. If a definitive result cannot be established, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance. pkr7's determination on disputed outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to place wagers, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors that produce outcomes inconsistent with the published rules of a game or market. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to pkr7 and are subject to reversal.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or sports betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using pkr7 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing account restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Using pkr7 in connection with any illegal activity, including match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise the security of any other player's account or pkr7's underlying systems.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person in connection with your pkr7 account.

pkr7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

pkr7 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit into your pkr7 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure reminders and automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (7 days to 12 months) or permanent exclusion from the platform. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusions cannot be lifted before the selected period expires.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications summarising your current session duration and net wagering activity.

All content on the pkr7 platform — including but not limited to the pkr7 name and logo, website design, game graphics, software interfaces, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr7 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership interest in, or licence to use, any pkr7 intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal use of the platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from any pkr7 content without prior written authorisation from pkr7. Unauthorised use of pkr7 intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure outages, or circumstances beyond pkr7's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or your voluntary disclosure of login details to a third party.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any sports data, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits pkr7's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr7 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or the absence of errors or harmful components.

pkr7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request is made.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider that has not been resolved in pkr7's favour.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Circumstances in which pkr7 determines, at its sole discretion, that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of account closure due to a player's breach of these terms, pkr7 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, real-money balances pending investigation. Where closure is not related to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player following standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr7 holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to pkr7's internal dispute resolution process.

Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue. pkr7 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with pkr7's initial response, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior review. pkr7 will provide a final position within a further 14 calendar days.

Step 3 — External Resolution: If the matter remains unresolved following the internal process, you may seek resolution through the dispute mechanism provided by pkr7's licensing authority.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

pkr7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a notice on the platform and/or direct notification to registered players. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
